My favorites are Brad Kern (I hate him as a showrunner, but he wrote some of the best episodes), Constance M. Burge (an obvious choice xD), Zack Estrin & Chris Levinson (I love absolutely everything by them) and Sheryl J. Anderson.
It was interesting to learn that Nell Scovell (the creator of Sabrina) also worked on Charmed.
